Abstract

The increasing digitalization of healthcare systems has led to widespread adoption of cloud storage and intelligent business process management platforms, particularly within SAP-centric enterprise environments. However, the sensitivity of healthcare data and the growing sophistication of cyber threats demand robust, cyber-resilient security mechanisms. This paper proposes a cyber-resilient SAP AI framework designed to secure cloud-based healthcare data storage while enabling advanced business process intelligence. The framework integrates AI-driven threat detection, privacy-aware analytics, and SAP security services to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability across cloud and network infrastructures. Secure storage mechanisms, continuous risk assessment, and adaptive cyber defense strategies are incorporated to mitigate insider threats, network intrusions, and data leakage. The proposed approach supports intelligent healthcare business process optimization without compromising regulatory compliance or operational resilience. By aligning AI-enabled automation with enterprise-grade SAP cybersecurity controls, the framework enhances trust, scalability, and robustness in healthcare cloud ecosystems.
