Designing Agentic AI Data Products for Personalized Financial Services in Group Insurance and Retirement
Main Article Content
Abstract
Personalisation encompasses products and services delivered to an individual at the right time and in the right form considering individual preferences. Agentic artificial intelligence (AI) provides businesses with the capability to collect and analyse their Adam Smiths and business models’ data to realise mass personalisation economically while ensuring the availability of the right soundtrack for the moment. Government authorities and regulators are also interested in discovering customer-centric and personalisation-friendly approaches that do not compromise the requirements of regulatory compliance and risk management. Financial institutions might find it challenging to successfully operate in group insurance or retirement services. Addressing these products might resemble operating in almost any other automated manufacturing or assembly-type business, where AI automated model development provides the capability to deliver customer-centric and personalised services. Nevertheless, these businesses have yet to leverage agentic AI to satisfy end customers’ individual needs and preferences.
Agentic AI, Data, Modelling, AI Capability Building, Business Mitigation and Control, customers’ dream personas, models for needs, order cycles, product dynamics, customer connectedness and cyclical view, real-time need state, motivation, and intent prediction, service and channel orchestration, mass-media customer service, and AI-generated soundtrack are the capabilities required for data products that deliver services at the intersection of individuals’ individual needs, wants, values, character, control, society, surroundings, nature, dreams, beliefs, and purpose. Customers’ subconscious personas and business ecosystem-centric model risk management will ensure that factors such as bias and prejudice, which have marred the development and deployment of AI, not only cease to be a concern but actually help realise ‘universe’, ‘societal being’, or ‘university’ objectives.
