Abstract

Retail market is rapidly moving towards digital transformation due to the changing needs of customers and due to the omnichannel services. In this paper the concept of Observability as a Service (OaaS) has been presented as a strategic facility, which gives real-time, multi-layer visibility of applications, infrastructure and customer-facing systems. A conceptual framework is SP proposed, which is a combination of business telemetry to detect problems proactive and optimize business performances. Case-based information shows the increased agility of the operations, the customer experience as well as business continuity. The study shows how (OaaS) in the IT System resiliency and responsiveness leads to the emergence of scalable, secure, and innovative ready retail infrastructures through quantitative analysis and system level analyses
